The amounts referred to in the Workers’ Compensation Act (TyTAL) are adjusted to the 2014 index level. They are revised annually, either using the wage coefficient referred to in section 96 of the Employees Pensions Act or the earnings-related pension index referred to in section 98 of the Employees Pensions Act.
