Outage in electronic claims forms 13.-19.11.2024

The Finnish Workers' Compensation Centre (TVK) will implement new systems on Monday 18.11.2024. The implementation of the systems will cause downtime for our claims customers between 13.-19.11.2024.

Electronic claim forms out of use 13.–19.11.

TVK's electronic claim forms and the form for sending attachments to a pending case will be out of use 13.-19.11.2024. During that time, links to forms won't work. The forms will be operational again on Wednesday 20.11.

Telephone number of the claims service closed Fri 15.11. and Mon 18.11.

The telephone number of  “Workers' Compensation claims” will be closed on Friday 15.11. and Monday 18.11. We are open again by phone on Tuesday 19.11.
